Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The site is priced on quote, before work starts, and the amount does not move. Never hourly billing. Only the monthly maintenance, required to keep the site online, carries a listed price. The demo and the quote are free.
Do I pay anything before seeing the site?
No. The demo is built before any invoice. If you decide to go ahead, a 50% deposit starts the project and the balance is paid at launch.
Is it really live in 7 days?
Yes, for a simple site: we start from your approved demo, so what remains is your adjustments, your domain and the launch. A full site takes 2 to 3 weeks.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the content is yours, even if we stop working together.
What if I want changes later?
Before launch, one full round of revisions is included: you review everything, we fix everything, once. After, the Boost business and Customized plans include hours of work every year. On Maintenance, changes are billed as an option, estimated before we start.
Is maintenance mandatory?
Yes, at least the Maintenance plan: it is what keeps your site online, fast and secure. Month to month, no contract. You change plan whenever you want.
Do you only work with service businesses?
No. It is the specialty because we know the field, but the studio builds for any business that needs to be found online.
Who writes the copy?
We do, from a twenty-minute call about your business. You read it over and fix anything that does not sound like you: that is part of the revision round.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. We work with what you have, phone photos included, and fill the gaps with professional images picked for your trade. A photo session stays available as an option.
